Benjamin Rodriguez

Benjamin “Ben” Rodriguez passed away on Monday, November 28th, 2022. He was born on April 2nd, 2001, in Waseca, Minnesota. Ben’s family moved to Alamo, Texas, where Ben graduated from PSJA Memorial High School. Ben also played basketball and football. He was looking forward to his move to Indiana and starting the next phase of life.

Benjamin loved making everyone laugh. Being with friends and family was his most favorite. He especially loved his little brothers and sisters. He was very protective of his siblings, yet he loved to pick on them. He didn’t like it when they picked back. Ben was a jokester. He always left cheese wrappers in his pockets, regular American cheese slices for his mom to find. He enjoyed dressing nice like with his Jordan shoes, Nikes, and playing basketball at home.

Ben’s favorite song was PIMP w/ G-unit Snoopy Day since he was a little kid. He loved to Rap with friends. And he was loved by all.

Ben is preceded in death by his grandfather, Benjamin Rodriguez. He is survived by his grandmother, San Juana Rodriguez, his parents, Jose and Celina Rodriguez, and siblings Serena, Clarissa, Yahaira, Jose, Cecilia, and Angel.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 3rd, 11 am-9 pm, with a rosary at 3 pm and a prayer service at 6 pm.
