Weslaco

Weslaco- Beverly Ann Webb, 75, passed away on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at Knapp Medical Center. Beverly was born on September 12th, 1947 to Orville and Margery  Lohman in Hillsboro, Illinois, the third of six children. Beverly married Daniel Webb in 1982 in San Jose, California where they lived until their retirement in 2015.

She and Daniel were youth leaders and Sunday school teachers at Christ Community Church Mulpitas where her faith was a cornerstone of her family. She only stopped because of retirement and travel. They visited all 49 driveable states and spent their winters in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.

Beverly worked for Hewlett-Packard for over forty years, all the while managing a blended household of four children and Daniel. She was a tower of strength with a strong work ethic which was always evident in her private and professional life. Luckily, this was a trait she passed along to her family.

Beverly was an example to all, a true inspiration, in the way she battled cancer four times in the last seven years. Through forty-one rounds of chemotherapy, she reacted with grace, dignity, and unbounded faith. She is now Perfectly Healed.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Webb, children, Sean La Russa (Lori), Bryan La Russa (Suzy), Julie Spivey (Robert), and Leslie Webb, brothers, Jim Lohman, Bill Lohman, Kenny Lohman (Kim), sister, Susan Small (Danny), grandchildren, Michael (Joei), Nathan, Bethany, Tobias “Toby”, Nicholas “Nico”, Isabella “Bella” La Russa, Lilly and Grace Spivey, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held in early July in Milpitas, California.
