Mission - Carlos Ochoa Salinas, 75, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at t Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care Center. He was placed under their care after shortly having been diagnosed with lung cancer.
Carlos is proceeded in death by his parents Guillermo Gonzalez and Leonor Ochoa Gonzalez, also deceased siblings; Rene Gonzalez, Rafael Gonzalez and Enedelia Gonzalez Garza. He is survived by his son Carlos Salinas, Jr., his sisters Ana Maria Weaver, and Rosalva Gonzalez Holmes and his brother Guillermo "Willie" Gonzalez Jr.
He was a wonderful son, brother and dear friend. Most found him to be a kind and generous soul and was cherished and loved by all who came in contact with him.
