Jimmy Lee Coil

Weslaco- Jimmy Lee Coil passed peacefully at home on March 7, 2014. Having grown up in Illinois, Jimmy moved to Mercedes after high school. He spent two years in the Naval Reserve, helped with the family egg business and did roofing work. His greatest pleasure was traveling with friends on motorcycle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest R. and Cleo M. Coil of Mercedes. He is survived by his sister, Betty J. Gardner of Weslaco.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 11:00 am at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Richard Speer, Pastor of Grace Episcopal Church of Weslaco.
Arrangements are under the direction of McCaleb Funeral Home of Weslaco.
