I had the honor of serving with Joe in US Navy. I had the honor of being a CTE director with Joe throughout the valley. I had the honor of working for Joe in his consulting services. I have countless memories. I consider Joe to be my brother in many ways as we also shared the Catholic faith and Catholic ministries all over the valley. Joe will be in my heart forever.
