Michael Anthony Munoz

Weslaco: Michael Anthony Munoz was 35 years old when he left to be with our Lord Almighty. He left this earth too soon. Michael was born on March 29, 1986 to Ernesto Munoz and Orfelinda Montemayor Munoz in Weslaco, Texas. Micheal grew up in Weslaco and played football for the Weslaco Panthers.

Michael was passionate about sports, especially the Longhorn and Spurs. He was outgoing and loved by many. Mike was silly and enjoyed hanging out with his friends and helping people, even strangers. He had a potty mouth on him, but he was kind and loving.

Mike’s absence is painful for all who know him. But, we will never forget his smile and gentle spirit.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, Ernesto Munoz.

He is survived by his mom, Orfelinda Munoz, daughter, Mia Munoz, sister, Cory Rodriguez (Rigo), brothers, Sergio Cardenas (Naomi), Jason Munoz, and Rodolfo Quesada Jr. (Karen), nephews and nieces, Lupe “Trey” Gutierrez (Amanda Aguirre), Carina Rodriguez (David Treviño), Elizabeth Hart-Cardenas, Bridget Hart-Cardenas, Rita Quesada, Rudy Quesada III, Gabriel, Cristian, and Andy Gutierrez, Lucca Treviño, and Christopher Gutierrez.
