Jan Floro
My life was blessed by Connie and I have many wonderful memories of her. She stayed with us often when she attended school in the States and I always looked up to her and admired her. In the past few years we were able to draw closer again through visits and social media, and I'm forever thankful for that. The last few visits she told me that she prayed that she would remain a faithful living example of Christ through her battle with cancer and she wanted her life to be a strong and living testimony. We would share our favorite Christian songs and how they encourage us through our daily walk. I will miss Connie's laugh, her beautiful voice, her gentle spirit and that great twinkle in her eyes when talking about loved ones. She continues to inspire me to be a better person and I am eternally thankful for her. Jan Caruthers Floro (cousin)
