My condolences to the family. I remember her coming over to our house to visit with my mother (Amelia Lopez, wife of David Lopez). My mother was a very humble, and timid lady. Chelo, told her about the WIC program and got my mom to register with wic. My Mom was so grateful because she helped her with this. It was a big help to the family at the time. I always remembered My Mother said she was a very nice lady. Rest In Peace Chelo. Say hello to my Mom. 💜💜.
