I am so saddened by Cordie's passing. I met Cordie last year when we were both in Leadership Lake Travis together. We were both part of the Real Estate day committee and I really got to know Cordie. Her smile and enthusiasm were always present. Cordie and I became friends and I had the opportunity to see her at a number of Chamber of Commerce events over the past year. She always greeted me with a big hug and kiss!
Cordie is one of those individuals that really lights up a room and when she told me she was getting her real estate license I knew she would be a big success.
Shortly before her trip to Mexico, Cordie reached out to me to have me shoot some aerial and ground-based photos on a listing she was getting. I literally provided those photos to her the day she left for her trip. She texted me how happy she was to work with me and I would be her go to person for photography and videos on her listings. She was my biggest fan and I was her biggest fan as well!
Cordie was always the first to volunteer to help her community and I had a deep respect for her commitment to helping others!
I will miss Cordie and hope that our loss is Heaven's gain! The stars in the sky will surely shine brighter with Cordie as an angel.
