Ellen was my mother's (Ruth Lentz) best friend for as long as I can remember. I have so many memories of this wonderful woman and I am so grateful to have known her. One of my memories is when my parents were taking my my sister to Baylor and my brother and I were staying with Ellen and Burr. Ellen fixed the best fried chicken I have ever eaten and for years I tried to duplicate it, but I never could. Robbie and Cheryl (we always called you 'Sherry'), your mama will be missed by ALL of us "Lemtz kids".
