To my dear, beautiful and loving cousins and their families, my heart is sad at the loss of your precious mother. Tia Elvira was my most favorite aunt. She was truly one of our Lord's angels here on earth. Since I was a small child visiting her and Tio, she was always welcoming, loving, thoughtful and kind. Her spirit was inspiring and genuine. She loved us one and all. Tia never judged and accepted everyone. Thank you for all your love and in your spirit, I will try to share your enthusiasm for life.

Tia Elvira,
Thank you for the lifetime of love and laughter you provided to the family. From my earliest childhood memories to now, I have only thought of you with respect, admiration, and love. I grew up hearing stories of you in your role of wife, mother, Tia, caretaker, business woman, friend, child of God, etc. Your laughter was contagious and your cooking unbelievable. Thank you for sharing your love and positivity with all who came in contact with you. My heart hurts for all who are mourning the loss of you...you were one of a kind and a true inspiration to me and the entire family...thank you for being an amazing role model to all, but especially the women in the family. I hope to carry forward your love of life, generousity and pure joy. I cannot believe you are no longer with us...I will keep your soul and the entire family in my prayers. I love you, Tia!

Tia Elvira....My wife and children love you as a family member and as a beautiful person...It is super hard to even imagine the pain and sorrow that all your family and friends are feeling. Thank you for the person that you were and continue to be... You are in super peace with the rest of our family that have gone before. You are super missed.

Tia Elvira was extremely loving and hospitable to everyone. Lindsay and I stayed at her and Tio's house one summer and got to experience her love and warmth. Tia's spirit and energy never faded and it was contagious. I love you Tia and I will miss you very much.

Tia Elvira, thank you for being such a genuine example of living life to its fullest. You were an absolute joy to be around, and have inspired me and my sisters to focus on loving our family, laughing often, truly being present in each moment, and exerting the energy necessary to make beautiful and lasting memories with our loved ones each day. Please watch over me and pray for me to our Lord, that I can follow in your footsteps and make the very most of my days here. I love you
Tia Elvira was always such a fun person to be around. She brought joy and life to every encounter. What an amazing gift to have her influence and love in my life, in all our lives. Thank you, Tia, for the inspiration of your joy and the lesson to be ourselves in every situation. I have been blessed to know you and call you family. Love, Jenny (Christensen) Nutzman and family
