Ernesto "Neto" Mancias passed away on Monday, December 2nd, 2019 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. He was born on June 24, 1959 to Eduardo L. Sr. and Maria V Mancias in Mercedes, Texas. He grew up in Weslaco with his sister Rosie and brother, Eduardo Jr.
Ernesto is preceded in death by his parents, Eduardo Sr. and Maria Mancias. He is survived by his sister, Rosie Diaz (Richard), brother, Eduardo Mancias Jr., daughter, Maritza Mancias (Guadalupe Salazar Jr.), and granddaughter, Karlii Madyson Salazar.
