Florine O. Lime

WESLACO – Florine O. Lime, 85, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2014 in Weslaco. She was born in Arkansas on November 24, 1928 to Henry Wilson Williams and Angie May Adams. Florine had been a member of the Weslaco Lioness Club, a volunteer for the Christian in Action Food Pantry and a volunteer for Knapp Hospital Auxiliary for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce J. Lime, her two daughters Betty Wright and Jeannette Johnson; her son Bruce F. Lime; and a granddaughter Lorilynn Lime. She is survived by Thomas Lime of San Antonio TX, Carl Lime of Kissimmee, FL; a daughter Bobbie Woods of Elsa, TX; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014, 10:00 am at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco. Officiating the serve will be Rev. Howard Bloomquest. Arrangements are under the directions of McCaleb Funeral Home of Weslaco.
