I love this picture...you can almost feel the love between the two of them. It was (and still is) so genuine and unconditional.

My most favorable memories have been the loving way Gerald looked at you mom, the way he held your hand, and all the ways he showed his love for you. These things made our love for him grow even stronger. As I have said, he has a colorful life. I loved listening to his stories also. Wow, what a story teller. It reminded me of sitting at Granddaddy's feet listening to his stories. These are the memories we will hold close to our hearts until the day we will join him at the feet of Jesus to listen to his stories together.
I believe we were in Niagara Falls here.
The expressive eyes. Gerald could say it all with his eyes. Gerald's stories were so interesting. He had opinions also, but the eyes could entertain without a word. So when his verbal communication began to waiver I still enjoyed sitting and talking and hearing him talk with his eyes.
Another beautiful picture.
He sure looks happy. <3
That was wonderful to see. So fun.
