Weslaco/Minnesota- Jose Luis Mena Razo, 46, passed away February 21, 2014 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He was born in Mexico City, D.F. on March 29, 1967. He was preceded in death by his father, Silviano David Mena. Survivors include his mother, Alicia Razo Mena; his children; and brothers and sisters.Visitation to be held Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 3pm to 9pm, with a rosary at 7pm at McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco. Funeral Mass scheduled for Friday, February 28, 2014 at 2pm at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Weslaco. Interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
