I first met Judy and Jim in Marbella, Spain in September of 1982, as I was beginning my own adventures, far away from home. They were so kind to take this young, naive, young woman underwing and help get her on her feet as she took on a different life path. I was so grateful for their love and support and so lucky to see their "capers" in action. Judy was singing at the Joy Pub in Puerto Banus at the time. It was such a different place to the one I came from and I appreciated them introducing me to this world and to the very interesting cast of characters that inhabited it. Judy had a natural spark and light that brought joy to so many. Jim and Judy's love story was original and bigger than life in some ways. They both experienced so much before and after they married. It was a relationship I admired so much. Sending my deepest condolences to Jim and Susan and the rest of her family. She will live forever in my heart.
