My Tio Lauro represents my childhood. We had endless barbecues, he loved it. We’d stay up all night eating his wonderful food and running around like the kids we were. He’d take us to the beach and we’d spend all day in the water and have our famous bologna sandwiches. Then we would camp out for the night and he’d bust out his bbq skills. We would wake up the next day and do it all over again before heading home. He is an important part of my childhood and will always be an important part of my life.
