I just want to say Thank you Tia! I have so many memories of you. You were the roughest and toughest of woman, yet had the biggest heart ever. Thank you for all those Sundays you would pick me up and forced me to go to church! Thank you for taking me to school! Thank you for always being there to put me in my place! I always knew I could show up to your home Fridays during Lent and have the best fried fish and white rice. The rest of the year I knew dinner was served at 6-6:30 without fail. No matter what you would pull up a chair, add a plate to the table, grab my hand and say Grace! I also knew not to show up on Saturdays, this was WORKDAY. I made that mistake a couple of times...lol Weird how now I appreciate that Saturdays and what you wanted to teach us! Well Tia may you rest in peace and may the golden gates of heaven open wide in the magnificent presence. I know you are now looking down upon us just stunning in all your beauty, smiling as you are now with your maker who you have always worshiped and had all your faith in!
