Pauline Downing

WESLACO - WESLACO - Pauline Downing, at the age of 95, passed away peacefully at her home on January 12, 2021. Lovingly remembered by her sons Andrew H. Downing III, Dennis Downing, grandchildren Jennifer Hale, Andrew Downing IV, Paulina Downing and Victoria Downing, and great-grandchildren Katie, Jason, and Samuel.

Special thanks to her many friends, especially her brothers and sisters at Bridge Avenue Church of Christ and Grace Episcopal Church of Weslaco. Special thanks to niece Alice Green for her loving care and support in her final years.

Visitation will be held at McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco on Sunday, January 24th from 2pm-7pm. A Celebration of Pauline’s life will be held at Bridge Avenue Church of Christ, 1220 S. Bridge Ave., Weslaco, Texas 78596 on Monday, January 25th, 2pm with Bill Roach officiating. Interment will be a private service at Ebony Grove Cemetery, Mercedes, Texas.
