Rosario Cuellar's Obituary
Rosario Cuellar, 81, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026. She was born February 18, 1945 to Martin and Isabel (Rivera) Aguirre. Rosario married the love of her life Alfredo Cuellar, at the tender age of 18. Rosario and Alfredo shared a lifetime of love and devotion to one another.
Rosario was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her life was defined by unwavering faith, unconditional love, and selfless devotion to her family.
Rosario believed family was life’s greatest blessing. She found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved and treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and an open door for everyone.
Her kitchen was the heart of her home, where she lovingly prepared meals that brought generations together. She was especially known for her homemade flour tortillas and famous oversized pancakes, simple traditions that became lasting expressions of her love.
Above all, Rosario’s strong Christian faith guided her throughout her life. She lived with humility, kindness, compassion, and grace, serving others with a generous heart and demonstrating unconditional love through her actions every day.
Rosario leaves behind a family forever grateful for the love, strength, and values she instilled. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing her legacy lives on in every family gathering, every shared prayer, every homemade meal, and every act of kindness inspired by her example.
Rosario will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. Her love lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her, and her legacy will continue for generations to come.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfredo Cuellar, her parents Martin and Isabel Aguirre, siblings Frank Aguirre, Lupe Franchese, and Ana Villarreal and her son Calixto Cuellar.
Rosario is survived by her only daughter, Rosie Martell (Carlos); her sons, Freddy Cuellar (Janie), Joe Cuellar (Darcia), and Fernando Cuellar; her daughter-in-law, Teresa Cuellar; her cherished grandchildren, Alfredo Cuellar III (Tina), Debbie Van-Aken (Randy), Jaime Cuellar, Calixto Cuellar Jr., Iliana Cuellar, Carlos Cuellar, Joe Cuellar Jr. (Jessica), Darcy Cuellar, Caroline Mendoza (Nick), Evelyn Cuellar, Rosanna Cuellar, Katarina Garcia, Molly Hernandez (Frank), Destynee Cuellar, Bo Martell, and Bobby Martell.
