What an emotional video. God bless you, Janie.🙏🙏🙏
Janie was a very sweet friend, we played all kinds of sports together at Weslaco High,
I was a year younger and she always helped me if I needed guidance in basketball or track etc. Haven’t seen her in years but just know she will be missed by all. God bless her family and friends thru this difficult time.

Janie and I had been great friends since I moved to Weslaco in the eighth grade. She was kind, loving, smart, funny, loyal, and extremely protective of her friends. She was there for me always and I will miss her beautiful smile and bubbly personality forever. Being that we were track buddies, we spent countless hours on the track field as well as the football field and basketball court. She was a true inspiration to me and I treasured our friendship. I loved her like a sister and feel so blessed that she was a part of my life. Thank you Janie for all the beautiful memories. I truly will miss you. Love always and always, Jeanne Everitt
