My sincerest condolences to the Garza family. My name is Cory I am a therapist at Retama Manor Weslaco and spent several years working with and just spending time with Mr. Garza. Mr. Garza always joined us to say the rosary, at 11 a.m. every Friday. Our group goes to Retama from St Pius Catholic Church. Today I missed him and found out he had passed away. Our condolences to the family. He would always smile and pray during the Rosary. He would get upset if we did not put a religious picture on his table to look at. He seemed anxious to pray and to take part in the music. May he rest in peace. And may the Blessed Mother to whom he prayed carry him to her son Jesus. Coincidentally one of the members of our rosary group , Carmen , also helped pray the rosary at the funeral home . She is the one who told us he had passed away . Blessings to the family .
