Ana and George opened their home up to my sister and me one summer during HS. The kids were young and it was summertime in SA, yet they included us in their plans. They took us to Splashtown, downtown and we enjoyed Ana's homemade pizza and sweet tea. George was always supportive and helped make us feel rightat home. Both he and Ana had a good disposition, always. May he rest in Eternal peace with Ana and may they have the sweetest reunion with Mona. George & Ana (my 1st Cousin) were God-sent cousins! My freshman year at Trinity University in San Antonio, I worked graveyard shift at the Gucci-B (aka HEB on Broadway next to Incarnate Word, where Ana was finishing her studies), & they'd bring me food during my 3 am. break! I mean, seriously who stays up every night to deliver food across the street from their home?! George was so kind, & full of joy always! My Mama, & all my family, loved him & his beloved Mom Mary & sweet Mr. Gándara! They are all reunited in Heaven now forever! with Mònica, too! Rest in eternal peace George..💙🙏🕊📿
When I was little George always was chill and would let me come over or borrow games from Adam. When I got older he was still chill and would call or text with me just because. What I’m trying to say is he was always friendly and loving and I couldn’t have asked for a better Godfather.
George wanted me to practice with his motorcycle. I promptly hit a parked car in 1st gear. Got off bike, turned towards him thinking he was upset. He was cracking up laughing. Went inside to tell Ana, she couldn’t help but chuckle cuz George was still laughing. Next day off he had replaced the turn light assembly. I don’t recall ever seeing him mad. , H S Garza
